Luego del reciente encuentro con las autoridades del Departamento Ejecutivo, el clima de incertidumbre se traslad\u00f3 a las bases. El Gobierno local puso sobre la mesa una oferta de <strong>incremento del 3,5% al sueldo b\u00e1sico<\/strong>, cifra que busca empatar el \u00edndice inflacionario m\u00e1s reciente publicado por el INDEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s del porcentaje mencionado, la propuesta oficial incluye una estrategia de negociaciones de \u00abcorto aliento\u00bb. Esto implica establecer <strong>revisiones mensuales<\/strong> autom\u00e1ticas si la escalada de precios llegara a perforar el techo del 3,5% propuesto, garantizando as\u00ed un ajuste constante frente a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El an\u00e1lisis de los sindicatos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reuni\u00f3n, que se caracteriz\u00f3 por su brevedad, cont\u00f3 con la presencia de referentes sindicales de peso: <strong>Adri\u00e1n Casta\u00f1o<\/strong> por el Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales (STM) y <strong>Pablo Zuccolli<\/strong> en representaci\u00f3n del Sindicato de Empleados Municipales (SEMB). Ambos dirigentes coincidieron en que el eje central del debate fue la evoluci\u00f3n del costo de vida y c\u00f3mo este impacta en el bolsillo del empleado p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mi\u00e9rcoles clave: Asamblea y definiciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este panorama, el frente gremial unificado decidi\u00f3 que la \u00faltima palabra la tengan los afiliados. Por ello, se ha lanzado una convocatoria abierta para una <strong>asamblea general este mi\u00e9rcoles 22 a las 15:00 horas<\/strong>, en las instalaciones de la calle <strong>Falc\u00f3n 325<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el c\u00f3nclave, los trabajadores analizar\u00e1n la letra chica del ofrecimiento oficial y determinar\u00e1n la hoja de ruta a seguir.
